I selected the Barrymore for a company event to host our top suppliers in the city.The Gold Room was the perfect size and food and beverage service were exceptional.The location is very convenient and the parking is free which is becoming harder and harder to find in Las Vegas these days.The entire team from the Barrymore and gen3 Hospitality were very professional and a pleasure to work with.I can highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an Off the Strip eclectic venue with an excellent menu and friendly staff. I had such an amazing Birthday Party here! It was Breakfast at Tiffany’s the meso the restaurant is so perfect for it! Kirk and Stevie were amazing at helping me get everything organized and perfect! We put together a fixed menu that all 16of my friends raved about! The summer salad and lobster deviled eggs to start.Served family style. Then 3 options for Dinner entree: The sea bass, the fillet,and the pork chop. The sides were also served family style: Mashed potatoes,Asparagus, and Lobster Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! They even printed custom menus! I really appreciate little details like that! They let me bring in some decor for the room and custom cake and cookies! It was such a perfect night! We celebrated a major anniversary with 50 friends from all over the country. The staff at the Barrymore were incredible to work with planning the event. Stevie is the best planner! Working with her made all the planning incrediblyeasy. Paul, the sommelier, helped us pick affordable wines to pair perfectly with the menu we selected. Rebecca, their pastry chef extraordinaire, made a cake both tasty(Nutella and whip cream filled) and fun! The servers said they had never seen a cake where ALL the guests got up to inspect the cake! It was that fun!
But great arrangements mean nothing if the guests don’t enjoy the experience. We had been the Barrymore several times before and always had great food and flawless service, but had to admit we were nervous how a private event would turn out. We should not have worried. The food was as perfect as always. Our menu satisfied everyone: vegetarians loved the vandouvan squash curry, and the sea bass, lamb shank, and steak were all hits as well. The service was
warm, efficient, and unobtrusive. When we got up to renew our commitment to each other, everyone broke out in laughter–the singer out in the lounge started singing “My Way” while we trying to keep a straight face!
If you are looking for a warm, cozy place with great food, drinks, pastries, and service for a group up to about 65 people in Las Vegas we highly recommend you consider the Barrymore. We absolutely could not have been more pleased with the entire experience!
